On April 22, Islander Food Truck will be at Stella Russell Hall from 5:30-7 p.m. This is your chance to grab a bit to eat before your evening plans. After a taste of Hawaii, there’s a full menu of events on campus to attend:

School of Natural and Social Sciences Reception- Come to Lou's Place and visit with the new dean, Ricardo Rodriguez, Ph.D., faculty members & fellow alumni & hear the latest developments. This school includes Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, History, Mathematics, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, Psychology and Sociology. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and beverages provided.

School of Education Reception- Visit with fellow graduates and Dr. Carlos Martinez, dean of the School of Education, at this year's reception at Dan Waggoner Hall. All education graduates are invited, but we will recognize alumni from the doctoral program.

Urinetown: The Musical- Come to the musical & enjoy this hilarious musical satire and winner of three Tony Awards. A terrible water shortage has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets until one citizen decides he's had enough.

Movie on the Hill- If musicals aren't your "thing," bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the hilarious, classic movie, Young Frankenstein, on the hill by Dora's. Feel free to bring coolers and lawn games.

If you're an alumnus, register online. Students can also take part in any of the events above. For questions, contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 817-531-6548 or alumni@txwes.edu.
