Gwen Williams joins CETL as instructional technologist

Please welcome our new Instructional Technologist Gwen Williams to the Center for Excellence in Teaching in Learning (CETL).

Before joining the CETL lab, Gwen spent 30 years in the public school system as a teacher, technology coordinator, network administrator and instructional technologist. She consulted and wrote curriculum for instructional technology, and has also provided training across the country on ways to integrate technology in the classroom.

Gwen’s philosophy of teaching is a belief that learning needs to be student-centered and students need to be equal partners in the learning process.

Gwen holds a B.S.. in Computer Science and Mathematics and an M.S. in Learning Technology and Information Systems in Educational Computing from Texas A&M – Commerce.
