The Texas Wesleyan University Board of Trustees has appointed a Steering Committee for the Leadership Academy Network whose work is focused in multiple areas:
- Risk management
- Partnership and strategy
- Performance monitoring and
- Public accountability
This committee is comprised of 9 members who serve in the Fort Worth community and include a Texas Wesleyan University Board of Trustee Member. These members conduct public meetings (in accordance with the Open Meetings Act), review and provide guidance on LAN initiatives and activities and serve as a forum for community engagement in the LAN effort.
