Learn about tobacco, oral health at free Cigna workshop

Have you or someone you know ever wanted to stop smoking but are not sure how? Do you know how tobacco use impacts oral health?

Attend the "Tobaco and Oral Health" lunch and learn session on Thursday, Nov. 14 to learn about the many risk factors that come with the usage of tobacco and the healthy replacements and rewards associated with ending the use of tobacco. You will learn useful information and tips about smoking cessation and the alternatives to tobacco.

This workshop is free to all University employees, but seating is limited. Employees may bring their own lunch to eat. Beverages will be provided. 

Please register by Nov. 13 to reserve your seat for the tobacco and oral health session. The event will be held at 12:15 p.m. in the Eunice & James West Library Orientation Room.
