Dr. Atif Farid Mohammad has over 30 years of experience in Quantum Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science and Cybersecurity. He holds dual Ph.D.s—one in Scientific Computing from the University of North Dakota and another in Cybersecurity from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC), Canada. Dr. Mohammad is an influential voice in the global tech community, having spoken at major conferences including NDSU AI Everywhere & For Everyone, AIM Institute, Vermont Digital Government Summit, Maryland Digital Government Summit, NDSU AI Connect Conference, Software Engineering of Emerging Technologies Conference, Generate AI, SEET 2025 and having advanced technology by working with NASA in technological research, making him a respected figure in both academia and industry.  

Dr. Mohammad is a trailblazer in the world of AI, currently shaping the future of cybersecurity as the Chief AI Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Healable, Inc., where he leads groundbreaking AI-driven initiatives to help Health & Human Services of USA. Additionally, he is part of Advisory Board at Cyquent for AI & Cybersecurity, he’s at the forefront of developing tools like OmniRAG and OmniImage, revolutionizing real-time threat detection and data analysis. With a proven track record of leadership at Apexon, Onriva and Ontrak, Dr. Mohammad has driven transformative AI and machine learning projects across industries such as corporate travel, healthcare and finance. His visionary contributions have powered major AI initiatives at top-tier organizations like Bank of America, Catholic Health Initiatives and Comcast, solidifying his reputation as one of the foremost experts in the field. 

Beyond that, he serves as a board member at the Grand Forks Area Community Credit Union, where he promotes economic empowerment, and as a NASA Research Scientist at Squirrel Valley Observatory where he contributes to planetary defense research. He founded the Mustansar Hussain Tarar Readers' World to foster education and creative expression through literary activities and writing workshops. While he keeps busy in his work, in his free time he enjoys road trips, tennis, pickleball and taking his weekly strolls.
