Eddy Lynton, assistant professor of sociology and criminology at Texas Wesleyan and former probation officer for the Denton County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD), is making a name for himself on air.

During May and June, Lynton has been invited as an in-studio expert guest for KLIF’s Saturday evening radio show, “Powers of Attorney.”

The show is produced by Loretta Powers, a 2012 graduate of the Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now the Texas A&M School of Law).

Recent segments have included topics such as driving while intoxicated, K-9 units, the differences between policing in the UK and US, and, most recently, cyberterrorism.

Previously, Lynton has served as an expert source for WFAA/Channel 8.
