On Thursday, Feb. 27 the TXWES Music Department hosted their Black History Month Recital. Organizer, Professor Arielle Collier, prepared students to perform pieces that represent Black History Month. The recital opened with “Lift Every Voice and Sing” and was accompanied by alumnus Mark Davis.
