The Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) Chapter of Texas Wesleyan University School of Business has qualified for High Honors for the 2015-16 academic year.

The High Honor status is earned based on acceptance rate and engagement activities by the chapter. It is indicative of a campus where academic excellence is valued and where the faculty officers of the chapter work hard to enhance Beta Gamma Sigma’s stature on campus. Some of the events held by BGS last academic year to earn the recognition were the LinkedIn workshop, the Chipotle fundraiser, UCD involvement and more.

The School of Business would like to thank Professor Sarah Roche, Ph.D., and Professor Sua Jeon, Ph.D., for their leadership in the Beta Gamma Sigma chapter. Also, we would like to recognize our student officers Brien Avalos, Natalie Kopp, Amanda Sample, Jared Cook and Amber Tucker for their leadership in BGS.
