Come cheer on the Texas Wesleyan University baseball team at the Rangers’ Ballpark in Arlington. The Rams take on the rival Northwood University Knights at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16. Each Rams fan will receive a free Wesleyan baseball t-shirt with ticket purchase.

“The chance to compete at the Rangers’ Ballpark in Arlington will be a wonderful experience for our student-athletes, coaches, and fans,” Steven Trachier, athletic director, said. “It is one of the best baseball facilities in America, and a great venue for our students to showcase their talents. We are so excited to have this opportunity.”

Major league stadiums are familiar venues for Michael Jeffcoat, Texas Wesleyan’s head baseball coach. He pitched for 10 years in Major League Baseball, and spent six of those with the Texas Rangers.

Tickets are $10 for general admission, $5 for college students with ID, kids under 13, and senior citizens 65 and older. Parking is free and a concession stand will be open for refreshments.
