Destination CPA

TSCPA's newest accounting careers resource is an interactive Web site called Destination CPA.  Available in the student section of tscpa.org, this online resource lets a student sit in the driver's seat and cruise through CPA career information.  There's even a special route for educators.

Classroom Guest Speakers

Several accounting classes and clubs have already invited a TSCPA leader to talk about accounting profession issues and becoming a CPA.  If you would like a TSCPA leader or local CPA to come to your class during for the current semester, please email your request to dfritz@tscpa.net.

Free Materials

In addition, TSCPA has free materials for you to distribute to your students.  Available resources include career guides, bookmarks, promoting accounting career-related Web sites , and Robert Half Salary Guides.  You may order these free resources by e-mailing dfritz@tscpa.net.

Student Membership

TSCPA's student membership program is now in its seventh year and continues to grow.  TSCPA student membership gives both full- and part-time students a variety of benefits like a $250 discount on Becker CPA Review classes as well as other discounted CPA Exam review materials.

For only $35 a year,a student can become TSCPA student member and have full access to tscpa.org with its job and internship listings, a subscription to Today's CPA magazine and several e-newsletters, local TSCPA chapter membeship that provides good networking opportunities, and money-saving deals on products and services.
