Welcome to OC Hall

This is two-story co-ed, suite-style residence hall is home to 100 students. All units are double occupancy. This residence hall is open to upperclassmen and graduate students only.

2025-2026 Rate:

  • Double: $2,897.50 per semester

Each student shares a double-occupancy room within a four-person suite featuring

  • Twin-XL size adjustable beds
  • Two desks
  • Built-in dressers
  • Bathroom shared with adjoining room

The hall has a large living/activity room with a kitchen.

Laundry facilities are located on each floor.

First-floor features

  • Kitchen
  • Recreation room with TV
  • Pool table

Suites are assigned by gender. Floors are not gender specific.
