Built in 2005, this is an apartment-style residence hall that houses 230 students. Four-bedroom and efficiency options are available. This residence hall is open to juniors, seniors and graduate students only.

2025-2026 Rates:

  • Four-Bedroom Unit: $3,750.50 per semester
  • Single-Efficiency Unit: $6,159.00 per semester

Apartments are assigned by gender. Floors are not gender-specific.
