About Marriage & Family Therapy

Our goal is to teach students how to function with a high level of competence. We want students to make a contribution to the marriage and family therapy (MFT) field with intervention-based research looking at family systems. You'll graduate with your degree qualified to work in many different areas of the counseling field.

The program is delivered and maintained from a multiculturally-informed perspective including course design, implementation and student and faculty experience.

As a student in a COAMFTE-accredited program, you'll meet your licensure requirements with more ease and you'll have more consideration when you're applying for jobs after graduation.
