TXWES Spanish majors earn credits while serving the community

Spanish majors Noelia Gaytan, Anahi Lopez and Ana Ruiz are phenomenal Rambassadors for Texas Wesleyan. All three are completing a for-credit internship at Artes de la Rosa (ADLR), a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, promoting and interpreting the art, culture, lives and history of the Latinx community.
ADLR is a venue for Latinx art and cultural performances and offers educational art/culture programs to the community, including youth in low-income neighborhoods. Noelia, Anahi and Ana are working on projects involving English-Spanish interpreting and translation as well as developing web and publicity materials for the organization.
If you are interested in a Spanish internship, please contact Dr. Amy Bell at abell@txwes.edu.
