After years of service to the University, five esteemed faculty members retired from Texas Wesleyan University on May 31. We wish them the best as they start a new chapter.  

Each school was asked to prepare a video honoring their retiring faculty members.

• Jerry Bierschenk, DMA, associate professor of music, 14 years of service
• Jeffery DeLotto, Ph.D., professor of English, 38 years of service
• Bruce McDonald, Ph.D., professor of philosophy & religion, 26 years of service
• Ronnie McManus, Ph.D., professor of religion & ethics, 42 years of service
• William Newton, Ed.D., associate professor of graduate education, 11 years of service
