Laughter and necessary distraction characterize Virtual Trivia Night

Looking like the Brady Bunch screen on steroids, students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of Texas Wesleyan gathered virtually at 6pm on Thursday, April 9 for a game of trivia using the video-conferencing platform, Zoom.
Sponsored by Hatton W. Sumners Scholars, "Solid Gold Trivia Night" was hosted by Senior History Major Bailey Dozier. Seven teams of between 4-6 people answered questions from the following categories: history, sports, geography, art and literature, entertainment, science, and Disney. Participation was campus wide, with teams from Advancement, Student Affairs, CETL, and groups of students, alumni, and friends.
A team of students from a Byzantine and Turkish history class aptly called "Constanteamople" won the 1.5-hour long competition.
