About Brad Oldham Sculpture
Brad and Christy approach their craft in the same manner as they do their life: in collaboration. Brad sculpts clay figures to create prototypes that involve intricate molds, welding and casting waxes. The end product ultimately yields brilliant stainless steel, bronze, aluminum or brass pieces. Christy builds the character of the piece - her medium is vivid imagination - bringing the story to life. What results is a sculpture that takes flight and lands in homes, neighborhoods, public spaces and institutions where the rest of the poetic story unfolds.
Brad Oldham has earned recognition by elevating many environments worldwide with his site-specific artworks. His works can be viewed around the world and in 2007, he was featured in a month-long installation on Good Morning America. Check out his wide variety of art pieces online at bradoldham.com.
