Are you ready for your closeup? If you are a faculty member or on the university staff, we're happy to take one headshot of you each year. Long hair, short hair, no hair — we know a lot can change in a year.
Headshot days are typically scheduled on the first Tuesday and Thursday of the month. Watch "The Flame", the faculty and staff newsletter, for updates on headshot days.
Can't make any appointment times? The university photographer will get back to you within 48 hours to achieve a solution.
Department Headshots
Need to take headshots of your entire department? We can schedule a special session just for you.
Email us at communications@txwes.edu with the number of people and two times everyone is available. You'll want to schedule about 10 minutes for each person on your team. For example, plan one hour for six people. We'll get back to you within 48 hours to book your session.
