The university’s hosting contract with Mediasite ends on Thursday, July 11. After that date, you will not be able to access video stored on Mediasite. However, all of your video content was backed up and uploaded to YuJa’s servers. The YuJa team is using the metadata attached to the Mediasite files to sort video into folders for each faculty member. YuJa has said that process will be completed by July 11.

If you prefer, you can manually download Mediasite content that your students will need between July 8-21 and upload it to YuJa. Otherwise, beginning on July 11, you should be able to create links in your course to video content stored on YuJa servers.

We have created a four-part tutorial (Download a Mediasite Video, Create YuJa Account, Upload Videos, Add Video in Course) to help you make YuJa videos available to students.
