The mission of the Texas Wesleyan University Office of Risk Management is to provide a comprehensive risk management program that contributes to the health, safety and protection of students, employees and visitors and to the protection of physical and financial assets.
- The Office of Risk Management partners with our stakeholders to create an environment where faculty, staff and students assume a risk management philosophy. The office works closely and collaborates with various stakeholders on campus to identify and manage risk.
- The Office of Risk Management fosters a culture of prevention throughout the Texas Wesleyan University campus, seeking to involve all parts of the institution in moving beyond just simply responding to events and taking responsibility for individual opportunities to being change.

The goal is to engage each department to identify, analyze and control the risk of loss in their specific areas.
