A New Generation of Rams Steps On the Scene

They’ve come from countries across the world, states across the U.S. – and around Dallas-Fort Worth – to form the newest generation of Rams in Texas Wesleyan’s 122-year history.
Classes began Wednesday, and students are bringing a buzz back to campus – and wearing t-shirts, caps, and other apparel with Texas Wesleyan’s new, modernized logo.
Ram Camp kicked into high gear Tuesday – camp counselors burst into the Sid Richardson Center in costume and led new students through a day of games, tasks and puzzles that helped acclimate them to college life at Texas Wesleyan.
Texas Wesleyan President Frederick G. Slabach greeted students on residence hall move-in day Sunday and handed out ice-cold water bottles as a record number of Rams moved into on-campus housing.
It’s going to be a great year – welcome back Rams!
