Assistant Professor Bailey Freeman, DNP, CRNA, brings over 11 years of clinical anesthesia experience in the Fort Worth area and currently practices at a Level I trauma facility. Her clinical background includes complex obstetrics, outpatient surgery, endoscopy, and the management of high-acuity surgical patients across diverse practice settings. Dr. Freeman served as adjunct faculty in the nurse anesthesia simulation lab from 2022–2024 and has served as an Assistant Professor in the Graduate Programs of Nurse Anesthesia since 2024. Her professional interests include simulation-based learning, leadership development, healthcare communication, and the integration of artificial intelligence into healthcare education. Dr. Freeman is actively involved in scholarly and professional presentations related to nurse anesthesia education, simulation, and emerging educational technologies.
