April has been a busy and exciting month for the office of undergraduate admissions at Texas Wesleyan University.

April has been a busy and exciting month for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, which hosted major events on three consecutive Saturdays.

On April 11, the freshman year team hosted early orientation for top scholars. It was an exciting extension to Scholarship Day, which was hosted during the February snow day. At the early orientation, 29 incoming freshmen registered for fall classes.

Discover Wesleyan Day, an inaugural pre-senior campus visit day, was hosted April 18. More than 50 high school sophomores and juniors discussed topics on our campus such as the college application process, financial aid, student life and housing, as well as the parent's role in the college selection process. The day was a success and concluded with lunch in the newly renovated Dora's Cafe.

The finale, Go Wesleyan Day, a program for admitted students, was hosted April 25, with 52 students in attendance. This was a day full of fun and information to assist students in solidifying their commitment to Texas Wesleyan.
