Spring Phonathon positions are open now!

Every semester, Texas Wesleyan hires a team of exceptional students for the Phonathon program. These students connect with alumni, parents, and friends of the University and share exciting campus news, while also asking for their support and financial commitment to the annual fund. Student callers are vital to the success of Texas Wesleyan’s fundraising and maintaining strong relationships with the Wesleyan community.

Specialized training on automated calling software will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity to build your resume and strengthen communication skills.

Job requirements: outgoing, friendly, hardworking, dependable, excellent communication skills, proper phone etiquette and handle personal information with extreme confidentiality. Call Center experience is not required.

Employment Dates

Call shifts will be scheduled from Feb. 3-19.

Typical shifts occur during the following days and times:

  • Monday-Thursday 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. & 5:45 – 9 p.m.
  • Friday 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. & 5:45 – 8:30 p.m.
  • Saturday 12:30 – 5:30 p.m.
  • Sunday 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. & 6 - 9 p.m.

The phonathon manager will provide official shift information upon completion of the hiring process.
