Make your gift count at the Wesleyan Fund Day lunch

09.11.2015 | By:
Kick of the Wesleyan Fund on North Texas Giving Day with a free lunch catered by Blue Mesa.

Join the Office of Advancement from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. today, Thursday, Sept. 17, at Lou's Place, as we kick off this year’s faculty and staff campaign.

All faculty and staff are invited to join us for food, fellowship and fun as we celebrate and support the Wesleyan Fund. Those who attend this event are eligible for prizes, including gift certificates to area restaurants and more.

Today is also, North Texas Giving Day, which means that all day, supporters of universities and non-profits will be bringing the collective power of the North Texas community to their passions and causes. When you make your gift of at least $25 on the North Texas Giving Day website today, it can be multiplied to further help the Wesleyan Fund, which in turn helps Texas Wesleyan:

  • Fund scholarships
  • Strengthen programs
  • Increase participation

Remember, for every new or increased gift to the Wesleyan Fund, Jack Morton `43 has pledged a 1-to-1 matching gift.

Donations to the Wesleyan Fund will be accepted at the event and can be made by check, payroll deduction or online — stations will be available at the lunch for those who wish to be a part of the North Texas Giving Day.

If you’ve already made a gift to the Wesleyan Fund, we thank you for your support and hope you’ll consider making an additional gift to Texas Wesleyan on North Texas Giving Day.
