Free Veteran’s Workshop Teaches Effective Stress Release Practices

What

Learn how to reduce stress and tension, restore normal sleep patterns and increase energy and well being at a workshop offered by Project Welcome Home Troops.  All sessions are essential to get full benefits. The workshop is free to veterans.
