During free period on Sept. 19, University President Emily W. Messer will host the first Town Hall meeting of the fall 2023 semester both in the Andrews Ballroom in the Martin Center and virtually via Zoom. The meeting will begin promptly at 12:30 p.m. All faculty and staff are encouraged to attend.

The Town Hall meeting will open with a 10-minute presentation from Alan Liebrecht, vice president of enrollment, marketing and communications, and will be followed by a Q&A session with the division. After the Q&A session, the Staff Hero Award will be presented, and then President Messer will address questions or concerns submitted in advance to the President's Idea Box and answer questions from attendees.

“I’m excited to be able to continue the Town Hall series this academic year, especially during my first year as President,” Dr. Messer said. “This is a great way to gain insight into all the hard work and dedication our faculty and staff provide and have an open dialogue about the future of our University.”
