Emanuela Pop named new institutional research analyst

The Office of Institutional Research (IR) welcomes Emanuela Pop as the new institutional research analyst as of May 1.

Emanuela brings several years of experience and knowledge to the department. In past years, she worked in the Provost Office as the night and weekend coordinator and was involved in the SACS-COC reaffirmation efforts from 2012. In IR, Emanuela's roles will include admissions and enrollment reporting management, internal and external surveys, data management and analysis, as well as, a variety of projects that support the University Strategic Plan. She will work closely with the director of IR and various groups across campus. 

Emanuela graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from Romania and received her MBA from Texas Wesleyan University in 2011. In addition, she completed graduate coursework in strategic planning at Harvard University and has a teaching certificate from Penn State University.
