Texas Wesleyan Head Dance Coach Emily Snow is actively recruiting talented student athletes for the all new Texas Wesleyan Gold Line Dancers! The new team will begin performing in the fall of 2017 alongside Texas Wesleyan's revived football program.
Snow, who was hired as head dance coach in the fall of 2016, is a Fort Worth native with NFL experience. She came to Texas Wesleyan after coaching the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders for 10 seasons, and was formerly a member of the famous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders for four seasons.
With her talent and extensive background, Snow hopes to build an elite program for the University. "I grew up in the Fort Worth area, driving right by Texas Wesleyan," Snow said. "I have always loved the charm of this University, and I am thrilled to be a part of it now and have the opportunity to create a program to enhance the traditions of this historic school."
The new dance team is holding its first audition at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 29, in the Sid Richardson Center. Coach Snow is looking for high school seniors and transfer students to audition. Sign up for your chance to start a new legacy at Texas Wesleyan.
