Student volunteers play a huge role at TXWES and that stands true when it comes to commencement time. From Robing and Hooding to Graduation, student volunteers are pivotal to the success of these events for our graduates. Volunteers participate in various areas, including greeting attendees, presenting the banners, guiding the processional and more.

Robing and Hooding ceremonies are hosted at 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13. Volunteers are needed 30 minutes prior to every ceremony.

Graduation is at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14. Volunteers are needed from 7 a.m. until approximately 1 p.m.

If you are interested in volunteering for either event, please sign up here in RamSpace using your Ram Link credentials. Thank you in advance for your help and support.
