Spiritual Life

Our Purpose:

Spiritual Life at Texas Wesleyan seeks to nurture theological depth, spiritual wholeness and compassionate living for students, staff and faculty.

Our Message:

Whoever you are and wherever you are on your journey of faith, you are always welcome.

Our Spirit of Community:

We are creating an environment that cultivates a spirit of community, is a place for discovery of truth,  recognizes similarities and differences, that fosters compassion and respect.

Our Space:

The Spiritual Life space on the 3rd floor of Polytechnic United Methodist Church is a place to quietly reflect or connect with friends. Drop by our office to chat with the Spiritual Life staff, enjoy a cup of coffee or warm your lunch in our kitchen. Enjoy the peace and quiet of our multi-purpose room.  We also have a prayer room located on the 2nd floor of Brown Lupton right by the stairwell.

Want to get involved?

Contact our University Chaplain, Dr. Gladys Childs at gchilds@txwes.edu with any questions you have.
