About the Workouts

 
WOD (Workout of the Day)

This total-body, heart-pumping cardio workout is designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Every week will be a brand-new workout!

Tabata Bootcamp

Tabata is 20-10 microburst intervals. An interval consists of 20 seconds of high intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest. These 20-1- microburst intervals are stacked in a 30-minute group that results in an amazing workout that targets every part of your body.

Chaos (Tabata on Steriods)

This is a total-body heart-pumping aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength and agility training designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. You'll have noodle arms and legs when you're finished and will be drenched in sweat ... sorry not sorry! The workout is the same every week but it's brutal but amazing all at the same time.

AquaFit

Catch the wave! This aqua program will provide a high-energy water fitness challenge for participants of all ages, skills and fitness levels. Individuals will have to control their body position, enhancing core stability as well as reducing shock to the joints. A great total-body workout without the sweat and the impact!

CORE

It's a simple, quick, intense all-inclusive core-focused workout.
